What is the definition, scope of application, and characteristics of paper pallets?
Paper holder generally refers to a paper holder in a broad sense, which is a dry pressing process paper holder. The English name for paper tray is Molded Pulp Packaging (MPP). The scientific name of paper tray is pulp forming, which is a processing method that uses a stainless steel filter mold to dehydrate the pulp and form fibers under pressure (negative or positive) to produce the required product. The production of paper trays mainly includes processes such as pulping, forming, hot pressing, and molding. Mold forming includes vacuum forming and extrusion forming. Due to the fact that most of the pulp used in pulp molding is made from waste paper, it meets environmental requirements and the development direction of green packaging.
What is the application range of paper trays? Its application fields include electronics, electrical appliances, communication equipment, computer accessories, glass, ceramics, lighting, handicrafts, cosmetics, health products, wine, fruits, eggs, etc.
3. What are the characteristics of paper trays? Compared with foamed plastic (EPS) products, paper trays have the following characteristics:
1. The raw material of the paper holder is waste paper, which is easy to recycle and does not pollute the environment, which is conducive to the export of the manufacturer's products; The raw material of EPS is petroleum by-products, which are difficult to degrade and have low recycling value, causing serious "white pollution" to the environment.
2. Paper trays have a wide range of applications. With the progress of paper mold technology, small and medium-sized industrial products that currently use foam as inner packaging can be basically replaced by paper trays.
3. Paper pallets can be stacked for storage, reducing the storage space occupied by EPS products by 1/2-2/5, greatly reducing transportation and storage costs.
4. Anti static: EPS friction is prone to generating static electricity, while paper holders are less prone to generating static electricity, which plays a good role in protecting electronic products and household appliances, especially electronic components.
5. Antiseptic performance: Food (such as fruits) will release moisture during storage. When packaging with plastic products, moisture cannot evaporate, which can easily cause food to mold and rot. Paper products have good breathability and moisture can evaporate, thus achieving anti-corrosion effects.
6. Shock resistance: The shock resistance and impact resistance of the paper holder are the same as those of EPS products.
4. What is the thickness and weight of the paper tray
1. The thickness of paper pallet products is about 0.5mm-5mm, and the thickness of general products is about 1.0-2.5mm;
2. The large static load of paper mold packaging products can reach 1500 kilograms. Inner lining packaging is the choice for products weighing less than 50kg; The paper mold material mainly depends on the design of the reinforcing ribs and the buffer cavity formed by the product. The design of reinforcing ribs plays a crucial role in the elastic deformation, i.e. buffering capacity, of paper mold packaging products. The basic basis for the design of reinforcing ribs is the shape and impact resistance requirements of the product itself.
